The Big OFF!
Day One: 16 miles and the walk from the source
Plymnlimon to Rhayader Falls
Pont Rhydgaled (Break time)
Llangurig Lunch
Rhayader Falls (camp)
9 am Meeting at The Hollybush Inn near Hay on Wye before travelling in convoy to search for the source of the river Wye.
Source of the Wye activities
Come and join in with Barbara's Big OFF! There will be Orienteering, a treasure hunt (paper trail type) and a light picnic. All for £10 each with all proceeds to Enliven. After this Barbara will walk to first place where swimming is possible to begin her amazing swim. Please join her to see her off down stream.....
We are hoping that people may appear at any point along that afternoon swim to Rhayader such as Pont Rhydgaled or Llangurig to wave encouragement.
Camp will be made near to Rhyader Falls. Evening time there will be activities (Courtesy of Simon Baker of Outdoor Innovations).
Live music will be by Monjohakashi
